Overview
Your satisfaction is paramount to us at RUGA Legacy. If you find that our products do not align with your expectations for any reason, you are entitled to a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached.
For our U.S. customers, RUGA covers the cost of return shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, excluding initial shipping charges. For products that included free shipping on the initial order, while RUGA covers the cost of return shipping for U.S. customers, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
International returns are welcomed, but return shipping costs, along with any Taxes & Duties from the original order, are not covered by RUGA. For exchanges, we happily bear the shipping cost of the new item to you. Contact your local customs office for potential recovery of Taxes & Duties.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
